Welcome to Ferienwohnung Meerblick Rovanjska, a modern, air-conditioned holiday apartment in the peaceful seaside village of Rovanjska, just 10 km from the entrance to the stunning Paklenica National Park. Located on the second floor, this 65 m² apartment offers a spacious balcony with sun loungers and breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, the Adriatic Sea, and the Velebit Mountains – a perfect setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a view.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, both air-conditioned and equipped with double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep even during the warm summer months. The bright and open living room invites you to unwind on the cozy sofa or catch up on a movie with the Smart TV, while a dedicated work desk and fast, free Wi-Fi make the apartment suitable even for remote working. The fully equipped open kitchen allows for easy self-catering, with all essential appliances and utensils provided.
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine, and there's also a practical utility room with an iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies. The entire apartment is tiled with high-quality porcelain tiles, contributing to a clean and allergy-friendly indoor environment.

Our apartments with great seaview are located in Rovanjska, a small and quiet holiday resort located between the mountain range of Velebit and the Adriatic sea. It offers a unique insight into mediterranean culture due to its unusual combination of beautiful beaches on one side, and mountain ranges on the other side.

This comfortable and beautiful apartment can accommodate 7 people. It’s extremely luminous and airy. The kitchen is decorated in a modern way and is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. It’s equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The first room has a queen sized bed and access to the balcony. The second room has a queen sized bed and another single bed. The guests also have access to a washing machine. The balcony has a sea view and is equipped with a sofa and a coffee table.
Guests have their own parking space. The nearest beach is 450 meters away.

The city of Starigrad has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural.
Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park 'Paklenica' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also 'follow in the footsteps' of the movie 'Winnetou' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as 'nautical paradise' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar.
